Department: Management Information Systems
Reports To: IT Operations Supervisor
Job Purpose: Ensure that IT services at the assigned ILA Training Center runs smoothly.
Provide day to day IT support to the business
Participate in IT infrastructure and IT security projects
Support the rollout of IT related projects in the centers
Complete assigned IT helpdesk tickets efficiently and effectively
Collect feedback on IT services for Management
Manage IT assets at assigned centers
Work closely with center managers to ensure a smooth execution of IT services and support
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
University Degree in IT or Computer Science or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in support of end user computing
CCNA/ CCNP/ MCSA/ MCSE certificates are preferred
Well versed in the preparation, setup, testing and installation of end user computing equipment.
Able to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff.
English, B level
Good computer skills in Google suit of products, Smartsheet, etc.
Problem solving skills
Is a dynamic and have good communication skill
Is collaborative and is able to work as a team
